Established in 2024, LDB Educators is highly dedicated to ensuring that every student has the confidence, self-belief, and ability to always reach for the stars and become the absolute best student they can be!
Throughout her 25+ years as both a General and Special Education Teacher, Founder and Educator Leemor Banuelos has developed her own specialized positive-reinforcement learning strategy that has provided outstanding results and changed lives. Her natural gift to tap into each and every type of diverse learner is at the core of Leemor's record for achieving phenomenal academic success for each and every student she has served! In her career, her philosophy has succeeded across any age, learning style, or grade, in both the General and Special Education settings.
Leemor also possesses extensive expertise, experience, and knowledge with IEP and 504 Plans. Her deep understanding and skill in assessing students' learning needs and identifying appropriate supports are truly exceptional. Leemor is also well-equipped to provide comprehensive support to parents in analyzing academic and psychological assessments of their students, as well as in the development and drafting of IEP and 504 Plans. Additionally, she offers expert assistance in IEP/504 consulting.
